  • Managing day-to-day newborn logistics with initiative, including bottles, supplies, travel preparation, and scheduling

  • Supporting the infant through travel days with steady leadership and emotional regulation

  • Collaborating closely with hands-on parents while maintaining autonomy and professionalism

  • Supporting visits from extended family who will demand baby snuggles and may need boundries on making sure babies routine is not disturbed (they are respectful and lovely, just very excited)

  • Assisting with nursery set up, and nursery supply sourcing prior to the arrival

The ideal candidate:

  • Has 10+ years of experience working with infants and newborns

  • Is trained and experienced as a Certified Newborn Care Specialist (Cache or NCSA)

  • Is emotionally regulated, grounded, and steady in high-demand or travel-heavy environments

  • Balances warmth and responsiveness with structure and consistency

  • Brings calm, reassurance, and professionalism into the household

  • Is proactive, organized, and deeply reliable

Family Values & Culture:

The family values presence over performance, calm over chaos, and consistency over rigidity. They prioritize emotional intelligence, gratitude, kindness, and intentional parenting. The baby is not allowed exposure to any media, including cell phones (even for photos, unless specifically requested). They value connection, regulation and deeply experienced, loyal support ready to generously care for their new arrival, while guiding and celebrating their journey into parenthood.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting at $45+ per hour, round the clock pay

  • $900 Monthly Wellness Stipend

  • Long-term opportunity for the right fit

  • The start date is flexible for the right candidate, though the family would like you onsite well before the due date (you will be paid too of course).
